Challenges

Approach

Designed as a four-storey building, it stands in a context of compressed plots where future expansions must be considered as an important key of the design. The building rises, looking for the wonderful skyline of the city of Mouscron, turning on itself as a hand fan being opened, growing towards the city and creating great terraces for the workers to enjoy.

In addition to the new marketing and commercial offices, this building needed to become a national reference as a Chocolate Center. All its interior spaces, from parking to offices, are designed from the most logical point of view, following the logistics studies to get the most efficient flows both for people and product.
